The Journal of Strategic and Defense Studies (JSDS, is a peer-reviewed journal, issued by the Academy Strategic and Defense Studies in the Sultanate of Oman, dedicated to advancing the understanding of strategic and defense studies on both regional and global scales. JSDS publishes original articles spanning all fields of strategy, defense, transboundary resources management, political strategies, warfare, comprehensevie national security, international relations, cyber threats, and other related areas impacting global security. JSDS also welcomes interdisciplinary investigations that forge connections between its knowledge domains and other academic fields, including psychology, sociology, anthropology, criminology, history, geography, economics, information science, information systems, and allied disciplines. JSDS publishes research articles, review articles, book reviews, short communications/research notes, letters, and comments.
